Guild Membership

New Members begin receiving the monthly newsletter,
"Ravelings, Rovings and Thrums" and begin to enjoy a friendly community of fiber art enthusiasts to share and learn from.
 
 
Dues are $25.00 for individuals and $32.50 for families. Those joining the Guild in the 2nd half of the year (from March-August), pay $12.50 for individuals or $16.25 for families (new members only).

We encourage and invite all Guild members to take advantage and use the resources within the Guild Studio and to participate in many fun and educational events sponsored throughout the year.
 
  • A monthly newsletter, "Ravelings, Rovings & Thrums".
  • Studio Night held each Tuesday between 7pm to 9pm. & Skill Building Mini  Classes- a weekly informal get-together for learning and sharing.
  • Studio Day is every 3rd Monday. Usually from 11am to 3pm-check the newsletter  for specific details. Use of  loom and spinning wheels on Studio Night along with instruction and  guidance on using them.
  • Loom rental-our looms range from 44-inch sectional looms to any of our nine  table looms.
  • Spinning wheel rental including six styles.
  • Access to the Guild library of books, periodicals, videos and inter-guild  newsletters.
  • Skill building classes.
  • Special guest workshops and classes for weaving, spinning, knitting and other  fiber art classes.
  • Bi-annual spinning events.
  • Community service including demonstrations to schools and civic groups in  weaving and spinning .
  • Participation in area visual art and heritage events.
  • A full library of resourse books, and popular knitting, spinning, weaving and felting magazines for members to check out.
